How does pricing work?
There is no sales commission. The first 3 listings are free; after that sellers use one-time listing packages, the monthly unlimited plan or the premium auction plan.
How does trading work?
The buyer prepares an offer, both sides confirm the item snapshot, and suspicious trades can be sent to admin review.
What is a Steam Trade URL?
It is the official Steam link that allows trade offers to be sent to your account. Add it in Settings.
How do I remove my listing?
Open My account, go to Sales or Trades, then use the Remove button next to your listing.
What happens if there is fraud?
Caseloots keeps item snapshots, trade history and admin review notes so the transaction can be investigated.
