Refund Policy

During demo / beta stage, package selections do not collect real payment unless an active payment provider is clearly shown. Requests saved while payment is inactive are not charged and do not require a refund.
Listing rights packages
When real checkout is active, one-time listing rights are consumed when a listing is published. Used rights are not returned after a listing is sold, removed or expires.
Subscriptions
Monthly unlimited and premium auction packages apply for the active subscription period shown in the user's billing panel. Subscription cancellation and refund handling depend on the payment provider records and the amount of service already used.
Disputes and mistaken payments
Users can contact support with the receipt number, package name, account email and Steam profile. Caseloots reviews billing records, payment provider records and account activity before making a decision.
No custody of sale proceeds
Caseloots does not hold sale proceeds, user balances or withdrawal funds. Refunds for user-to-user trades, off-site payments or Steam item transfers are outside Caseloots custody and must be resolved by the involved users or the relevant third-party provider.
